About Us
We’re opening a high-energy lobster roll booth in Ferry Market, serving fresh, elevated items with speed and personality. Think buttery rolls, fresh lobster, and a fun market atmosphere. Locally owned and operated.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble lobster rolls and menu items to spec
- Handle lobster meat, seafood prep, and portioning
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of a compact kitchen space
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Manage prep lists and restock during service
- Work efficiently during high-volume rushes
- Support opening and closing procedures
Qualifications
- 1+ year line cook experience preferred (seafood experience a plus)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, small-footprint kitchen
- Strong knife skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Weekend availability required
