Providing executive-level strategy and leadership, the full-time salaried Executive VP of Support Services will oversee member and provider support center operations remotely, focusing on optimizing operational excellence, enhancing member and provider satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Key responsibilities Develops and drives strategies for operational excellence and member/provider satisfaction Manages all activities related to support center services, including workforce management and quality assurance Leads and develops a team while ensuring compliance with state, federal, and organizational regulations Required qualifications At least 12 years of healthcare operations and/or contact center experience, with significant management experience Experience leading operations across multiple markets and product lines Proficiency in data analytics, customer experience, and workforce management Understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and Marketplace plans Experience with budget management and account management responsibilities
