About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP of Construction / COO to play a key role in driving the company's strategic goals and upholding its reputation for delivering high-quality construction projects. The successful candidate will be tasked with overseeing the entire construction process, from planning to completion, and will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies, ensuring rigorous quality control, and managing the company's financial performance. This pivotal position also involves leading and motivating teams, partnering with the president to execute the company's strategy, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. A strong focus on environmental and landscape construction, as well as commercial construction knowledge, is essential for this role. Applicants for the VP of Construction / COO role at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior management position within the construction industry, with a proven track record in managing large and complex construction projects.
