Enviro-Master® is dedicated to making workplaces cleaner, safer, and more resilient. Role Description The Territory Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Fredericksburg, VA. This position is responsible for managing and growing a defined territory by building strong relationships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include visiting client locations, understanding their health and safety needs, presenting Enviro-Master® services, and ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction. The Territory Manager will collaborate with technicians and internal teams to coordinate service schedules, resolve issues, and implement programs that protect customers’ businesses. This role also involves monitoring territory performance, preparing reports, and contributing to local marketing and community outreach efforts. Qualifications Strong customer relationship management skills, including client communication, account follow-up, and customer service. Experience in sales or territory management, with the ability to prospect, present solutions, and close new business. Organizational and time-management skills to plan routes, prioritize visits, and manage multiple accounts. Basic business and analytical skills for tracking territory performance, preparing reports, and using CRM or similar tools. Ability to collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of services. Comfort working in commercial facilities and discussing health, safety, and cleaning solutions with decision-makers. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for regular on-site customer visits. High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business, sales, or related fields is a plus. Prior experience in commercial cleaning, facility services, or related industries is beneficial but not required.
