You'll be meeting with our customers in the office as well as over the phone to address any concerns or questions they have about our products. Respond to inquiries regarding insurance eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Educate customers about insurance options. Schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
