Position Overview

A leading acute care hospital is seeking Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurses to join its collaborative inpatient team. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care while working alongside physicians and interdisciplinary teams in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Develop and update individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
• Accurately document all patient care and interventions
• Delegate care appropriately while ensuring quality outcomes

Requirements

• Active RN license
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• BLS certification required upon hire
• ACLS, PALS, and CPI certifications required within 3 months of hire
• BSN preferred but not required
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
