Sr. Manager, Service & Commercial Enablement (Skaneateles, NY)

Senior Manager responsible for aligning Global Service operations with commercial business priorities at Baxter. This hybrid role in Skaneateles, NY bridges Service and commercial teams to develop differentiated service strategies and enhance customer value propositions across the medical device portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary liaison between Global Service and commercial business partners including Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and Product Management
- Translate business priorities and customer insights into service strategies, offerings, and operational plans
- Establish governance processes and facilitate cross-functional working teams across Service, Commercial, Marketing, Engineering, and Field Operations
- Partner with teams to define and evolve service offerings including installation, maintenance, connectivity, support, and lifecycle solutions
- Ensure service readiness for new product launches with appropriate tools, training, and field documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, marketing, healthcare, or related field
- 7+ years experience in Service, Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, or Product Management
- Preferred background in medical devices or healthcare industry
- Proven ability to lead cross-functionally and influence without direct authority
- Strong communication skills and data-driven analytical mindset
- Experience navigating complex matrix organizations with competing stakeholder priorities
Compensation: $136,000-$187,000 annually
