Own end-to-end Purchase Order management, from creation to invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Coordinate closely with Residents to ensure smooth execution of PO processes Reconcile and validate investments with the commercial team, specifically for OCA and A&P budgets Rebates and accruals follow up Ensure proper linkage and consistency between POs and EasyTrade records Reconcile with BEST team in Tampa during the invoicing process. Data Management & Execution Tracking – EasyTrade Reconcile and maintain accurate data within EasyTrade to ensure alignment across systems Track and follow up on animation confirmations, ensuring they are validated within the correct timelines Monitor execution workflows to ensure all activities are properly recorded and completed (Animations installations) Tools Monitoring & Field Support Trip calendar consolidation (AMs) Track and monitor T&E, ensuring visibility and consistency with allocated budget for Area Managers and Residents Provide ongoing support to Commercial teams (Area Managers and Residents) to ensure proper usage and follow-up Sanitary Registration Follow up Events & Operational Support Support the planning and coordination of key events, including Cycle Trainings, SDMs, and internal client sessions, CANNES. Management of the Commercial closet Reporting & Performance Tracking Prepare and consolidate performance reports, dashboards, and summaries for key stakeholders on the key responsibilities assigned. Support budget tracking and proactively flag discrepancies, risks, or gaps Cross-functional Coordination & Process Improvement Act as a coordination point across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of initiatives Follow up on action plans, ensuring accountability and completion of key deliverables Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and streamline operational workflows Profile & Requirements Strong organizational and project management skills, with high attention to detail Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment Experience in operational roles, preferably within retail, commercial, or marketing environments Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools; experience with systems such as EasyTrade or Tiani is a plus Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and drive execution #J-18808-Ljbffr Ascendo Resources
