It is with you that industry can do it! We are currently seeking a business-to-business Customer Service Representative who has the same desire to prove that industry can do it! Hours- Monday-Friday 8-4:30p Pay- $18-$23 (rate offered will be commensurate with experience) At Fives we all have a part to play in achieving our common purpose. Your role will be to: Serve as the primary customer contact by handling order entry, quote requests, shipment coordination, and order expediting to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Deliver professional, timely support to customers and visitors by managing incoming calls, walk‑ins, and communication with internal teams. Prepare accurate quotes and oversee the full order lifecycle, ensuring correct pricing, product details, quantities, and shipping requirements. Utilize SAP to process customer and distributor orders accurately while maintaining strong relationships with distributors, customers, and cross‑functional internal partners. We are seeking someone with a minimum of a High School diploma, 2-4 years of business- to- business customer service experience in a business to business, manufacturing industry experience a plus.Experience with Microsoft Suite products.
