Demand Generation Marketing Manager

Driving pipeline growth and revenue, the full-time salaried Demand Generation Marketing Manager will develop and execute multi-channel marketing programs, focusing on lead capture and nurture strategies while collaborating with Business Development in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Develop and execute end-to-end inbound and outbound campaign strategies across multiple channels Build and optimize automated lifecycle workflows to guide prospects through the buyer's journey Define success metrics, track campaign performance, and provide reporting using marketing automation and analytics tools Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a similar field; master's degree preferred 5-7 years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing, preferably in a B2B environment Strong experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, such as Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, and Salesforce Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools to evaluate campaign ROI Proven success managing multi-channel demand generation campaigns
