Job Details

What You'll Do:

• Own the company's budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Build and maintain dynamic financial models supporting strategic decisions
• Lead and mentor junior finance team members
• Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting to executive leadership
• Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and scalable infrastructure
• Serve as a key business partner across operations, commercial, and leadership teams

What You'll Bring:

• 5–7 years of progressive FP&A experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or lead role
• Experience in power generation, energy, or infrastructure industries strongly preferred
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
• Proven ability to build processes and lead in a fast-moving, scaling environment
• CPA or MBA a plus
