Our client, the U.S.'s largest commercial real estate services firm, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Facilities Coordinator supporting a large-scale data center portfolio in either Dayton, NJ, Piscataway, NJ, Totowa, NJ, or Orangeburg, NY . This regional contract-to-hire role provides the opportunity to oversee financial operations, vendor management, and facilities coordination. You'll play a key role supporting multimillion-dollar vendor contracts while partnering with internal teams to ensure operational excellence across several high-profile facilities. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders, invoices, and maintenance billing while ensuring accurate cost center coding.
• Manage work orders through the client's CMMS system and coordinate activities with technicians, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Schedule repairs, preventative maintenance, and facility service requests.
• Oversee vendor relationships, contract administration, procurement activities, and scope of work documentation.
• Track vendor performance and ensure compliance with operational and maintenance requirements.
• Prepare reports, executive presentations, budgets, and business reviews for leadership.
• Support operating and capital budget creation, tracking, and reporting.
• Coordinate contract renewals, amendments, and contracted service agreements.
• Review safety, maintenance, and operational issues while ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams across multiple data center locations to support daily facility operations.

Must Have Skills

• Experience processing purchase orders, invoices, and vendor payments.
• Strong work order management experience using a CMMS system.
• Vendor management and contract administration experience.
• Experience scheduling repairs and coordinating maintenance activities.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
