Our growing ID/DD program is looking for a Part-Time DSP Recruiter to help us build a dependable float pool and fill permanent Direct Support Professional (DSP) roles across our 10+ group homes. This is your chance to make a direct impact by reducing agency dependence and strengthening care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. What You’ll Do Post and manage job ads on platforms like Indeed and Bamboo Complete phone screens and communicate with HR for next steps Actively source and screen candidates Send offer letters and new hire packets via Bamboo Support onboarding: background checks, TB tests, CPR/FA, drug screens Track recruiting metrics to ensure hiring and retention goals are met Work closely with Office Manager in the recruiting and onboarding process What You Bring 1–2 years of healthcare recruiting experience (ID/DD preferred) Strong communication and organizational skills Comfort using tools like Excel, Microsoft Forms, and applicant tracking systems A self-driven mindset with the ability to manage your own workflow Compensation & Perks Starting at $20+/hour Flexible part-time schedule Why Join Us?
