Business Banking Sr. Relationship Manager - WPB / Stuart, FL

Job Overview Provide advice and valuable financial solutions to complex Business Banking clients and prospects. Key Responsibilities Manage an extensive portfolio of complex clients and prospects with annual revenues of $20‑50million and help companies save, borrow, and invest for their current and future needs. Acquire, deepen, and maintain profitable client relationships through sales and prospecting, and enhance existing relationships. Understand and interpret financial and cash‑flow statements to assess and analyze financial conditions of companies and industry trends. Collaborate with local market stakeholders and teammates across the bank—Investment Banking, Foreign Exchange, and Wealth Management—and facilitate client relationships with Product Specialists in Credit, Treasury Management, and Merchant Services to design and deliver financial solutions. Lead and facilitate dialogue with a variety of complex clients regarding topics such as industry, alternative capital structures, and general business issues. Coach and mentor peers while utilizing leadership skills. Adapt to changes in sales practices and broader market and industry conditions as needed. Required Qualifications Minimum of five years’ experience in commercial lending, business development, commercial credit, and portfolio management in business banking or the middle‑market sector. Experience managing an extensive portfolio of clients with annual revenues of $20‑$50million. Proven track record of sales, prospecting new business, and enhancing existing relationships. Ability to understand and interpret financial statements and cash‑flow analysis to assess and analyze financial conditions of companies and industry trends. Desired Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
