Position Summary Hospital Services Technician (Full‑time) who will work under management direction in Taylor, Wayne, Garden City and Trenton, Michigan. Travels between customer healthcare facilities providing on‑site proactive collection and exchange of waste containers for various Stericycle programs, including but not limited to Sharps Management Service, Pharmaceutical Waste, Controlled Substances, and Document Management. Schedule Monday: Beaumont-Taylor, Beaumont-Wayne Tuesday: Beaumont-Trenton, Garden City Wednesday: OFF Thursday: Beaumont-Taylor, Beaumont-Wayne Friday: Beaumont-Trenton, Garden City Key Responsibilities Travel between customer healthcare facilities to proactively monitor, collect, and exchange waste containers for various Stericycle programs and services (70%). Interact professionally with onsite customer staff to ensure service expectations are met or exceeded (10%). Maintain a rigid collection and service schedule (10%). Communicate duty status on a defined schedule (5%). Perform other related duties as required or requested (5%). Education & Experience Required Education: High School or equivalent. Required Experience: 2+ years (North America) customer service or related experience. Preferred Experience: Good knowledge & understanding of related programs. Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must work independently and with little supervision. Knowledge of computer/handheld software applications, spreadsheets, and application-based programs to track daily KPI's. May require mandatory immunizations and credentialing based on customer requirements.
