We need your talent and expertise.**Specific Responsibilities* Develop new business from existing accounts and assigned leads as well as build referral sources to contribute to meeting individual and departmental production goals.* Gather information from clients/prospects to prepare policy quotes based on client's needs, rates and coverages and prepare applications for new personal lines coverages.* Enter information accurately in the agency management system.* Conduct business in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of both the business and earnings implications of the Company.* Keep informed of changes and trends within the industry for the purpose of anticipating and responding to profit objectives.* Other responsibilities as assigned by Manager.Qualifications* Minimum 7 years experience with personal accounts within an insurance agency* Thorough knowledge of personal lines coverages and markets* Experience with an electronic agency management system* Producer’s license required* Experience with Excel and Word* Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication skills and ability to work in a team environment### About Us**Family Owned** From starting at the kitchen table of Woodrow Cross, to becoming one of the largest insurance providers in New England, we’ve grown rapidly over the past 65 years.
