Accounts Payable Accountant

The Accounts Payable associate will manage a medium volume of invoices, primarily within the hotel industry. This role requires close collaboration with the accounting manager and vendors to ensure accurate and timely payment processing. Proficiency in Excel, M3 Accounting Core, and QuickBooks Desktop is essential for handling accounting tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Process 100-500 invoices monthly with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain relationships and communicate with vendors regularly
- Schedule payments to meet due dates and optimize cash flow
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare and deliver accounts payable reports for management review
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in accounts payable
Preferred Qualifications
- Equivalent experience in related accounting functions
