As they continue to grow, they are looking for a motivated Jr/Staff Accountant to join their ranks and help drive their success. We are currently on the search for a professional and reliable Jr/Staff Accountant: Process 100+ invoices monthly , ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. Manage AP workflow across multiple entities and capital pools. Perform vendor reconciliations and maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions. Assist with balance sheet reconciliations . Support month-end and quarter-end close processes, including preparation of journal entries. Partner with the Senior Accountant and collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes. Compiles, summarizes, and provides necessary reports of activities as needed. Performs other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, manage time, work efficiently and meet deadlines. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; Master’s degree preferred. 1–3+ years of accounting experience , with significant exposure to Accounts Payable . QuickBooks Online experience highly preferred Must be well organized and detail oriented. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Demonstrate ability to ask pertinent questions A high level of respect and discretion for confidential information. Positive attitude and team player. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Proficiency in Excel and accompanying Microsoft Office Suite software.
