CCR Services - Bookkeeper

Are you an experienced accounting professional with strong Accounts Receivable skills and QuickBooks experience? We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a growing accounting team. This role plays a key part in maintaining healthy cash flow by managing invoicing, payment processing, account reconciliations, and collections activities. What You’ll Do Create and distribute accurate customer invoices in a timely manner. Process and apply incoming payments including checks, ACH transfers, wire transfers, and credit card payments. Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts. Contact customers professionally to collect outstanding balances. Reconcile daily receipts to open invoices and resolve payment discrepancies. Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing and account status. Prepare monthly aging reports and assist with month-end close activities. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with accounting procedures. What We’re Looking For 3-5 years of experience in accounting, accounts receivable, or a related finance role. Hands-on experience with QuickBooks is required. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. High school diploma required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus. Why Join Us?
