Experienced Bartender/Server

We are seeking an experienced and hospitality-driven Bartender/Server to join our team. The ideal candidate is as comfortable behind the bar as on the floor and can create exceptional guest experiences, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can seamlessly adapt to changing service demands while maintaining a warm, welcoming demeanor. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, and genuine hospitality to all guests.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to Miss Ada standards.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of food menu , cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail during high-volume service periods.
• Uphold cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant and bar.
• Process payments accurately and handle cash responsibly.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years of bartending and serving experience in a high-volume restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting.
• Strong guest-facing and customer service skills with a commitment to creating memorable experiences.
• Ability to adapt quickly, remain composed under pressure, and excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
