Business Development Manager - 3PL

Responsibilities Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and referrals. Identify and target companies needing 3PL warehouse space in the Houston market. Conduct facility tours and presentations for prospective clients. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities. Negotiate rates, contracts, and service agreements. Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Track all activity in CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent). Stay current on Houston industrial real estate market trends and competitor activity. Requirements 3+ years selling 3PL warehouse / distribution center space. Proven track record of self-sourced new business. Deep understanding of Houston logistics and industrial real estate. Can manage full cycle – prospecting to close. Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. Proficient in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar. Local travel within Houston metro area required. Background in freight forwarding, 3PL, or industrial sales preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
