Business Development Manager

Right at Home North Central Houston is seeking an energetic and relationship-focused Business Development Manager to help grow our presence throughout Houston Heights and the surrounding communities. Position Details Part-time position 3 days per week $30,000 - $36,000 annual salary range Performance-based bonus opportunities Mileage reimbursement What You’ll Do Build relationships with healthcare professionals and community partners Visit physician offices, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, hospices, senior living communities, and other referral sources Attend networking events and community functions Coordinate educational presentations and lunch-and-learns Generate referrals and increase awareness of Right at Home services Develop and maintain referral source relationships Represent the company professionally throughout the community What We’re Looking For Healthcare marketing, business development, physician relations, or related experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Professional appearance and demeanor Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the service area Passion for serving seniors and their families #J-18808-Ljbffr
