Key Responsibilities\n

As a Senior LICSW, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for clients based on their specific needs.

• Utilizing our all-in-one platform to interact with clients through session notes, video calls, and digital tools designed to track progress.

• Maintaining thorough and accurate records of client interactions while adhering to regulatory and compliance standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with stable, low-acuity adult patients. Your clients may be experiencing a range of issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, obsessive-compulsive behaviors, relationship challenges, and grief. The focus on low-acuity patients allows for more effective engagement and outcomes, as these clients are not dealing with severe mental health crises, which can greatly enhance the quality of care provided.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A full Independent LICSW license in Massachusetts, with no disciplinary actions.
\n
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to client care.

• A reliable internet connection along with a dedicated desktop or laptop for conducting telehealth sessions (tablets are not permitted).

Preferred Experience\n

Preference will be given to candidates with:

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 , depending on the hours worked and experience. Additional benefits include:
