Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based treatment methodologies to address the unique mental health needs of each patient, utilizing cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic modalities.

• Conduct thorough intakes and assessments to establish treatment goals and develop personalized care plans for individuals, families, and groups.

• Monitor patient progress through regular follow-ups and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure ongoing effectiveness.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of each patient’s treatment journey, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards, including timely updates to electronic health records.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care and referrals when necessary, enhancing the overall patient experience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
