Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual psychosocial assessments to identify the unique needs of each client, utilizing standardized assessment tools to gather information.

• Offer individualized therapy sessions, implementing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, participating in case consultations to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Assist clients in navigating community resources, connecting them with vital support services, including housing, employment, and social services.
\n
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client progress, treatment plans, and outcomes to comply with regulatory requirements and support best practices.

• Engage in regular team meetings for professional training, sharing best practices, and discussing client care strategies to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, and families facing a range of mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current Washington State licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services.

• Proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing comprehensive treatment plans to suit client needs.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with a wide range of clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience, along with a robust benefits package.
