Income Potential: $150,000–$240,000+

Farmers Insurance is expanding throughout Arizona’s East Valley, and we are looking for driven, entrepreneurial professionals who are ready to take the next step in their career by starting and growing an insurance agency of their own.

This is not a traditional sales manager position.

This is an opportunity to build a business, develop a sales team, create recurring renewal income, and grow a long-term asset—with the training, financial incentives, technology, coaching, and support of Farmers Insurance and our Greater Phoenix District Office behind you.

Whether your background is in sales, management, financial services, real estate, mortgage, automotive, recruiting, business development, or business ownership, we are interested in individuals who know how to sell, lead people, and grow a business.

What You’ll Build

As an Agency Sales Manager and future Agency Owner, you’ll be responsible for developing your own Farmers Insurance business in the East Valley.

You’ll learn how to:

• Build and grow a profitable insurance agency

• Recruit, train, and lead a sales team

• Develop new customers through leads, referrals, networking, and marketing

• Create relationships with local businesses, Realtors, mortgage professionals, auto dealers, and other referral partners

• Set sales goals and manage agency performance

• Build a strong customer retention and referral strategy

• Use modern CRM, AI, automation, and lead-generation technology to scale your business

• Develop a long-term growth plan for your agency

Responsibilities

As an Agency Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building, leading, and growing your own Farmers Insurance agency in the East Valley.

• Develop and execute a business plan to launch and grow your agency

• Generate new business through leads, referrals, networking, and local marketing

• Build relationships with customers and referral partners throughout the East Valley

• Recruit, train, coach, and lead an agency sales team

• Set sales goals and manage daily activity and performance

• Develop strategies to increase new business, retention, and customer referrals

• Use CRM, lead-generation, automation, and AI tools to manage and grow the business

• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and deepen customer relationships

• Build a strong local presence within the East Valley community

• Manage the day-to-day operations and financial performance of the agency

• Participate in ongoing Farmers training, coaching, and District Office development

• Work toward building a profitable, scalable agency with long-term business value

Requirements

Insurance experience is helpful, but not required . Licensing assistance and training are available for qualified candidates.
