AdvantaServ is a locally rooted and growing service company focused on residential and commercial HVAC and plumbing services. Were currently accepting applications for experienced apprentices, journeyman technicians, and individuals with hands-on HVAC experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of installation, service work, troubleshooting, and ductwork, and wants to continue developing their skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Install, service, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heating and cooling equipment
Perform full system installs, retrofits, and change-outs
Fabricate, install, and modify ductwork systems
Complete seasonal maintenance and system inspections
Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to customers in their home or business
Maintain accurate job documentation and work orders
Work safely, efficiently, and professionally in a variety of environments

Qualifications

HVAC experience required - apprentice level through journeyman considered
Journeyman HVAC License preferred, but not required for the right candidate
EPA certification preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Bilingual (English/Spanish) and ServiceTitan experience are pluses
