Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're seeking an experienced Events Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events while managing vendor contracts, budgets, and client relationships.

What You'll Do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute meetings, conferences, trade shows, corporate events, and special events from concept through completion.
• Lead all aspects of event contract management , including negotiating terms, reviewing agreements, and ensuring vendor compliance.
• Manage relationships with venues, hotels, caterers, entertainment providers, AV companies, transportation vendors, and other event partners.
• Develop and manage event budgets while identifying opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
• Coordinate event logistics, timelines, staffing, registration, travel, accommodations, and on-site operations.
• Ensure all contracts, permits, insurance requirements, and event documentation are completed accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, sponsors, and stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled.
• Troubleshoot challenges quickly and effectively during event planning and execution.
• Evaluate event performance and recommend process improvements for future events.
