Financial Additions has partnered with a growing real estate company in Dallas in search of Senior Real Estate Property Accountant. Senior Real Estate Property Accountant Duties and Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle accounting for commercial real estate properties Reconcile all balance sheet accounts and produce monthly financial statements Review lease abstracts prepared by property managers Calculate and analyze year end operating cost adjustments (i.e., op ex or CAM) and tenant billings for assigned properties. Senior Real Estate Property Accountant Qualifications and Requirements: CPA preferred A bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance 3 - 5+ years of commercial retail or medical office property accounting experience Experience in real estate industry required #J-18808-Ljbffr Financial Additions
