Help Desk Analyst
CrossCountry Mortgage
CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Lock Desk Analyst to support the Lock Desk in a full-time remote capacity. The role processes rate lock, change, and extension requests and ensures adherence to rate lock policies while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities include processing requests in Encompass, assisting Loan Officers with post-lock inquiries, and providing real-time training within Secondary Marketing.
