Food Pack Machine Operator Cincinnati OH Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

1st shift : 6am-2:30pm

What's a typical day as Food Pack Machine Operator? You'll be:

Operating semi-automatic machines to pack food products in shipping cartons, ensuring continuous line production using equipment such as Elopak, Evergreen, All Fill, Matrix, and Ishida/Yamato scales

Performing bulk product packaging and maintaining high personal output to enhance line efficiency

Accurately recording product traceability, critical control point data, and product weights to comply with SQF, FSMA, and NIST regulations

Adapting to customer-specific packaging specifications for both domestic and international shipments

Performing scheduled sanitation tasks as per the Master Sanitation Schedule

Recording labor hours against work orders for accurate product costing

Assisting with other duties as requested

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have a high school diploma or equivalent, plus 1-2 years of related experience or training in the food or beverage industry

Possess the ability to understand and implement GMP, SSOP, HACCP, FSMA, and SQF food safety standards

Have basic computer skills for food safety documentation tracking and labor reporting
