Regional Vice President of Sales

Building and leading a high-performing sales team, the full-time Regional Vice President of Sales will manage enterprise Account Executives selling to Fortune 500 clients while driving revenue growth and pipeline generation in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Own regional revenue goals by setting quotas, forecasting, and managing pipeline generation and conversion Coach Account Executives through complex sales cycles and serve as an executive sponsor in strategic pursuits Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align go-to-market strategies and develop sales methodologies Required qualifications 6+ years of experience managing high-performing enterprise sales teams with a track record of exceeding quotas Proven history of closing seven-figure (and ideally eight-figure) enterprise deals Experience selling technical products such as infrastructure, ML/AI, or data platforms Strong business acumen with the ability to teach and build compelling business cases Bachelor's degree or comparable experience
