Regional Sales Vice President

To lead the East Sales organization, the full-time Regional Sales Vice President will manage and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives, drive revenue growth, and execute go-to-market strategies in a fully remote capacity. Key responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives across the Eastern U.S Drive disciplined execution of the MEDDPICC sales methodology and improve forecast accuracy Partner with strategic channel partners to enhance pipeline generation and customer engagement Required qualifications 3-5 years of frontline SaaS sales leadership experience managing Enterprise Account Executives Proven track record of exceeding regional revenue targets in a high-growth startup environment Deep knowledge and practical application of the MEDDPICC sales methodology Experience in developing outbound pipeline generation alongside SDR teams Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and operational discipline
