Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Coordinator to support internal and external communications across multiple projects. This role plays a key part in ensuring our messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with our brand voice. Responsibilities Coordinate and support day-to-day communication activities across departments. Prepare, edit, and maintain written materials, including announcements, internal memos, and client-facing content. Assist in developing communication strategies that enhance brand visibility and organizational clarity. Manage and maintain communication calendars, ensuring timely delivery of projects and updates. Collaborate with leadership to ensure messages are aligned with company objectives. Monitor communication effectiveness and suggest improvements when needed.
