Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $22.66 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Mon 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM, Thu 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM, Fri 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter points, to help deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior. Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials when required, and support visitor and employee screening procedures in accordance with location policies. Observe and report hazards, maintenance issues, and policy violations, and assist with customer inquiries and directions in a professional manner. Minimum Requirements Be at least 21 years of age. Be a graduate of a law enforcement or military police training program or equivalent. CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
