Workforce Analytics & Staffing Coordinator

Sheppard Pratt is hiring for a Staffing Coordinator/Workforce Analyst position at our Towson Campus. The role supports staff planning, intraday scheduling, and timekeeping to adapt to real-time patient traffic and staffing changes. You will help unit managers create efficient schedules, account for holidays and events, and produce robust reports on census, acuity, and workforce performance.
