Join KCPX as a Material Handler / Warehouse Support Associate and help keep our warehouse operations running smoothly. What You’ll Do Receive, unload, stage, and store incoming shipments. Prepare orders for shipment and load outbound trailers. Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment. Manage inventory within the warehouse storage system while maintaining accurate records. Support waste, recycling, and baler operations. Organize warehouse storage areas and maintain clean, safe workspaces. Assist with general warehouse and logistics duties as needed. What We’re Looking For High School Diploma or GED required. Valid driver’s license required. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and data entry. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and commitment to safety. Ability to learn and operate industrial equipment, including forklifts and clamp trucks. Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse, material handling, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing experience. Forklift or industrial equipment operating experience. Mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable standing, walking, kneeling, crouching, and bending throughout the shift. Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
