Analyst, Enterprise Risk ManagementThe Analyst, Enterprise Risk Management supports key initiatives across DaVita's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) department. This role contributes to various risk disciplines, including Business Continuity (BC), Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), Corporate Insurance, and broader ERM initiatives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the Analyst performs task-based work to support organization is prepared to identify, respond to, and mitigate enterprise-wide risks and disruptive events.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesSupport key initiatives across Enterprise Risk Management, Business Continuity, Third-Party Risk Management, and Corporate Insurance programsSupport Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) and annual Business Continuity Plan maintenance cycle Assist in the development and maintenance of enterprise-wide business continuity and response plans, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and organizational prioritiesCoordinate and support business continuity exercises and tabletop simulations, including scenario development, logistics, facilitation, and after-action reportingMaintain and administer risk and business continuity planning platforms: support user access, data integrity, and issue resolution trackingAnalyze risk and continuity data to identify trends, vulnerabilities, and gaps across the enterprise; assist in developing actionable insights and mitigation strategiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support Third-Party Risk Management program includingDevelop and maintain program documentation, dashboards, and presentations using PowerPoint and data visualization toolsProvide administrative and project support for enterprise risk initiatives, including meeting coordination, documentation, and reportingStay current on industry best practices, emerging risks, and regulatory changes impacting ERM, business continuity, and corporate insurancePerforms other duties as requested or assignedMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree requiredStrong technology skills and interest, with the ability to understand how systems, applications, data, and integrations support business processesStrong analytical and critical thinking skills, including data analysis and interpretationAbility to transform data into actionable insightsSelf-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for the accuracy, quality, and timeliness of workAgile and adaptable with the ability to change priorities and seamlessly transitions between diverse roles to support the teamProficiency in data visualization and presentation development (PowerPoint, Tableau, or similar tools) preferredStrong Excel and database management skillsFamiliarity with process mapping, risk management principles, and regulatory compliance frameworksAwareness of ISO standards related to risk management and business continuity (e.g., ISO 22301, ISO 31000)Enjoys working as part of a small team and demonstrates a teamwork-oriented mindset, modeling core values and belonging behaviorsFamiliarity in leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and emerging technologies in risk and continuity planningWhat We'll Provide:More than just pay, our DaVita Rewards package connects teammates to what matters most.
