Immediate need for a talented Windchill PLM Scrum Master. This is a 06-12+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is location in US(Remote).

Pay Range: $45- $50/hr. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a functional SME for Windchill PLM modules including PDMLink, MPMLink, and Change Management.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and collaborate with technical teams for implementation.
• Support configuration, validation, and testing of Windchill features and enhancements.
• Work closely with engineering stakeholders to ensure PLM solutions align with business processes and compliance standards.
• Assist in Windchill upgrades, data migration, and integration projects.
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and support for PLM functionalities.
• Scrum Master Responsibilities
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews).
• Guide the team on Agile/Scrum principles, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Track and report on team velocity, sprint progress, and delivery metrics.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure backlog clarity and prioritization.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Must have skills: Windchill, PLM, Scrum, Agile, MDMLink, PDMLink, Jira
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4–8 years of experience working with PTC Windchill PLM tools.
• Strong understanding of PLM business processes in engineering/manufacturing domains.
• Certified or experienced Scrum Master with hands-on Agile project delivery.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Agile dashboards.
