As an investor, we provide strategic operational support to our portfolio investments. Several of our team members come from operational backgrounds where individuals focus on various aspects of digital marketing, sales, and account management.

Job Overview

Location: New York City, in office

Successful candidates will have a creative, analytical mind and possess an aptitude to understand B2B software and technology-enabled services businesses across verticals.

Responsibilities

• Find and connect with interesting companies, and their CEOs that fit within our target profile.
• Build financial models, research industry dynamics, and write investment memorandums for potential investment opportunities.
• Analyze companies during deal-making the due diligence process, by developing a deep understanding of their customers, sales process, lead generation, churn, product positioning, competition, team, and market.
• Assist in managing the deal-making process, including working with lawyers, accountants, and consultants.
• Work with the Board of portfolio companies' post-transaction to improve operational efficiencies, sales & marketing workflows, and financial management.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of buyside investment experience (Hard requirement; please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement).
• Ideally have experience in buyouts of B2B enterprise software or business service businesses.
• Strong financial modeling and due diligence acumen across multiple transaction types.
• Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously with extreme attention to detail.
• Strong project management, organizational, process management, and communication skills.
• Excel in building strong relationships.
• A bachelor's degree from a top university with a strong GPA.

• Total Rewards: Competitive salary + discretionary bonus and full health benefits (Medical/Dental/Vision). Compensation band: $250,000 - $275,000 Total Compensation depending on experience.
