Job Description Insurance Coverage Attorney - 3+ Years Experience Phoenix, AZ | Hybrid (3 Days In-Office) | Competitive Comp + Bonus About the Opportunity: A well-established firm in Phoenix is seeking an Attorney with at least3 years of experience in insurance coverage to join their team. This role offers the chance to handle complex coverage matters, provide detailed opinion writing, and litigate sophisticated insurance disputes in a supportive, growth-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: Draft comprehensive coverage opinions and handle all aspects of insurance coverage litigation. Analyze and interpret insurance policies, contracts, and related legal issues. Manage cases from inception through resolution, including motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation. Collaborate closely with partners and clients to provide strategic and effective representation. Maintain high-quality written work and strong attention to detail. Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school. Active Arizona bar license, in good standing. Minimum 3 years of insurance coverage experience (litigation and opinion writing required). Excellent analytical, writing, and advocacy skills. Strong organizational and case management abilities. What's Offered: Competitive base salary, commensurate with experience.
