Support specimen collection efforts and efficiently prepare samples for analysis.

Document procedures comprehensively, mentor emerging staff or students, and ensure compliance with laboratory standards.

Uphold a clean and secure workspace while ensuring compliance with all regulations and accreditation requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health field, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Obtaining ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hiring.

Maintain certification throughout your employment.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration with healthcare teams.

Ability to exercise independent judgment and solve problems in dynamic or high-pressure environments.

Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, particularly in processes relating to quality control.
