Provide assistance during specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as necessary.

Carefully document all lab procedures, mentor new staff or eager students, and contribute to maintaining stringent quality standards.

Foster a clean, safe work environment while complying with all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree with readiness for ASCP/AMT certification.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) is to be obtained within one year of employment.

Maintain current certification throughout your tenure.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork with healthcare professionals.

Ability to exercise independent judgment and tackle problems in fast-paced or challenging situations.
