Role Details Your Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and complex laboratory testsincluding chemistry, hematology, and immunologyadhering to established procedures.
• Evaluate test results for precision, diagnose discrepancies, and handle preventative maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Assist in sample collection and preparation for analysis as necessary.
• Document all procedures meticulously, educate new team members or students, and help maintain stringent lab quality standards.
• Uphold a clean and secure laboratory environment while ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical or Clinical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health qualification along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Ongoing maintenance of current certification throughout your tenure.
