Are you an experienced instructional professional with hands‑on knowledge of pedagogy, complex concept breakdown, and clear communication eager to independently contract and help shape how AI understands educational work? As AI systems increasingly model instructional operations and teaching workflows, their accuracy depends on training data grounded in real learning environments. That training data begins with experts who know the work firsthand.

Responsibilities

• Engage the model on complex instructional scenarios.
• Validate whether the model’s understanding of pedagogical concepts reflects best‑in‑class teaching practice.
• Evaluate AI outputs for clarity and correctness.
• Analyze subtle reasoning errors, document gaps in logic, and provide structured, rewritten explanations to elevate how the model reasons and teaches.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in instruction and structured reasoning.
• Hands‑on experience teaching, tutoring, or building curriculum at university, bootcamp, corporate enablement, or online course creation.
• Prior experience as a TA, tutor, lecturer, or course creator, especially on platforms like Udemy, Coursera, or Udacity.
• Clear, native‑level English communication and the ability to explain and document complex concepts in clear, logically sequenced steps.

Compensation

We offer a pay range of $6 to $65 per hour, with the exact rate determined after evaluating your experience, expertise, and geographic location. Final offer amounts may vary from the pay range listed above. As a contractor you’ll supply a secure computer and high‑speed internet; company‑sponsored benefits such as health insurance and PTO do not apply.
