Client Success Advisor

Role Description Platinum Client Success Advisors provide exceptional service, advisement and order‑taking to clients and veterinarians that call, email, and text Platinum Performance daily. Advisors apply critical thinking and problem solving to provide supplement recommendations, communicate complex nutritional advice, and facilitate orders. They occasionally represent Platinum Performance at equine and canine events and veterinary conferences, and collaborate across multiple teams such as Veterinary Advisors, Marketing, eCommerce, Software Development, R&D, Regulatory, Fulfillment, Production, Platinum PAKs, Quality and Finance. Position Responsibilities Provide exceptional service, advisement and order‑taking for clients and veterinarians; apply critical thinking and problem solving to recommend supplements and nurture client relationships to achieve targeted NPS and retention. Compose clear correspondence via email and text to provide friendly, informed, personalized service recommending products that produce results or solve moderately complex problems. Work collaboratively with other Platinum Advisors and the Client Success Manager, learning both technical (nutrition) and operational (systems) skills; seek input and serve as a resource for minimally complex problems. Collaborate cross‑functionally with departments including Production, Quality Assurance, and Shipping. Education & Experience Knowledge or background experience with equine or small animal nutritional products, or the equine industry. Bachelor's degree, preferably in Animal Science, Nutrition, Agricultural Business, or related fields. Technical Skills Requirements Knowledge of equine or small animal nutritional products or the equine industry. Ability to accurately communicate on subjects of equine and small animal nutritional products. Creativity, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills with clients and team members. Additional Skills Read and write professional business correspondence and procedure manuals; present information effectively. Active listening — give full attention, understand points, ask questions, and avoid interrupting. Basic math skills. Reasoning ability to apply common sense and solve problems involving concrete variables. Computer skills: Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, Outlook, Web Mail. Presentation skills: communicate via written, oral, and visual media. Administration and management: business management, strategic planning, resource allocation, production methods, leadership, coordination. Personnel management: develop, motivate, direct people and identify suitable talent. Some travel required. Provide a quiet work environment and internet access. Physical Position Requirements Occasional lifting up to 30 lbs. Regular talking, typing, reading, sitting. Occasional standing, walking, driving. Occasional pushing, grasping, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling. Benefits and Compensation Hourly rate range: $28.00 – $44.00. Pay determined by role, level, location, and qualifications.
