Now Hiring: Medical Device Assemblers - Irvine, CA

1st & 2nd Shift Available | Paid Training | Immediate Openings

Looking for a hands-on position with a company that offers growth opportunities and long-term stability? We are hiring Medical Device Assemblers in Irvine, CA to support the production of life-changing medical devices in a clean, professional environment.

No prior medical device experience required for this position. The company provides paid training for entry-level candidates, and if you have more advanced medical device experience, we also partner with several other medical device companies offering higher-level opportunities.

1st Shift

• Monday-Friday
• 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
• $18-$20/hr

2nd Shift

• Monday-Friday
• 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
• $19-$21/hr

• Assemble small, precision medical device components
• Perform detailed work under a microscope
• Use small hand tools and equipment
• Follow work instructions and quality standards
• Complete documentation accurately
• Work in a cleanroom and laboratory environment
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace

• Strong attention to detail
• Good hand-eye coordination
• Ability to perform repetitive, detailed assembly work
• Reliable attendance and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and work in a regulated manufacturing environment

• Assembly, production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience
• Microscope work
• Medical device, electronics, or cleanroom experience
• Experience working with small parts

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, CA.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
