Career Path and Pay Ranges Restaurant Manager - $65,000 to $85,000 (plus continuous service bonuses and a $6,000 annual bonus for having a 4-year degree) District Manager (2-3 restaurants) - $85,000-$115,000 (average time to promotion 1-2 years) Division Manager (6-9 restaurants) - $115,000-$145,000 (average time to promotion 3-5 years) Company Stock Ownership Unique opportunity to invest in Waffle House stock via payroll deductions of up to 10% of your income (eligible after 90 days or when promoted to Restaurant Manager).
