Electrical Engineer IV

Serving as a senior technical authority, the full-time Electrical Engineer IV will lead electrical architecture across multiple hardware programs, define design standards, and mentor junior engineers while working remotely to support next-generation defense technology development. Key responsibilities Lead electrical design direction for ruggedized, AI-integrated electronics across concurrent programs Define electrical requirements and design standards, balancing performance, reliability, and cost Mentor and provide technical oversight to junior engineers, guiding their professional development Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with 7-9 years of relevant experience Proven experience leading complex board-level and system-level electrical designs from concept to production Deep knowledge of low-power design, sensor integration, and signal conditioning Strong familiarity with compliance standards such as MIL-STD-461 and IPC-610 Expert-level skills in lab testing, debugging, and root cause analysis
