Post Market Surveillance Assistant

Our client, a leader in the medical device industry, is seeking a Post Market Surveillance Assistant to join their team. As a Post Market Surveillance Assistant , you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Post Market Surveillance Assistant Location: Remote (CST/EST) Pay Range: $23-25/hr on W2 Contract: 6 Months, potential to extend What's the Job? Collaborate with PMS Analysts to draft PMS plans and reports, ensuring accurate upload to databases and routing for review and approval. Participate in cross-functional PMS team meetings, tracking open items to ensure timely resolution of issues. Work with local and remote product teams to develop and maintain PMS documentation, including PMS Plans, reports, and Periodic Safety Update Reports. Ensure compliance with PMS schedules and create/maintain metric reports within the PMS system for review and analysis. Support the development of metrics and reports to monitor PMS activities and ensure regulatory compliance. What's Needed? Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of work experience in Medical Devices or Pharmaceuticals, with exposure to Quality Assurance and/or Post Market Surveillance and cGMP and Medical Device Directives Knowledge of product complaints, clinical studies Knowledge of MDD and MDR requirements Knowledge of (ISO) standards (13485, 20416, and 14971) Understanding of CAPAs Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook, including charting and pivot tables. Experience collaborating with local and remote project teams within a global, matrixed organization. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
